ΑΥΤΟΜΑΤΗ ΡΗΞΗ ΘΟΛΟΥ ΚΑΛΥΚΟΣ ΝΕΦΡΟΥ (FORNIX RUPTUR)
Περίληψη
Sjnus reflux js very probably an extreme form of pefvjc backflow with rupture of the fornjx and resultant retroperitoneal urinary extravasatjon. Overloading (iatrogenic mainly) of the lymphatic and venous system of the kidney caused by excessive pressure is .tιsually implicated, affecting the renal parenchjιma, of the renal sinus and Gerotas' fascia. Most cases of the Jatter variety are caused by acute colculous, ureteral obstruction and observed during intravenous pyelogram with abdominal compression. Aetiology and diagnostic procedure of calyceal fornix rupture during intravenous urography are discussed.Αναφορές
