RARE ADRENAL TUMORS: Α CASE OF HEMANGIOMA OF THE MEDULLA
Abstract
We describe a rare case of an adrenal mass in a woman 48 yrs old, which ruptured after a blow in the abdomen, due to a car crash. Ultrasound and CT of the abdomen helped in the early phase and after surgical removal, histology documentanted the final diagnosis of hemangioma of the adrenal gland.
