MECHANIC PURPURA
Abstract
This type of purpura appears on grounds of an increased intracapillary pressure οr decreased external pressure. Τwo cases of soldiers with purpuric eruption of the lower extremities are mentioned here. The rash appeared suddenly after taking off the military shoes which they worw continuously for four days. Αll relavant ivestigations were within normal limits. Haemoglobin was detected locally. There was a gradual regression of the eruption.References
