ΔΕΡΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΚΕΣ ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΕΣ ΤΗΣ ΚΥΚΛΟΣΠΟΡΙΝΗΣ -Α (CY-A)
Περίληψη
Στην εργασία αυτή γίνεται ευρεία ανασκόπηση των Φαρμακοκινητικών Φαρμακοδυναμικών καθώς και των κλινικών εφαρμογών της Κυκλοσπορίνης -Α στη Δερματολογία. Ως γνωστό η Κυκλοσπορίνη-Α είναι ουσία μυκητιασικής προέλευσης με ισχυρές ανοσοκατασταλτικές ιδιότητες. Παρουσιάζει ένα ευρύ πεδίο εφαρμογών σε αυτοάνοσες παθήσεις. Ο μηχανισμός δράσης της Κυκλοσπορίνης-Α δεν είναι απόλυτα γνωστός, παρά την επιβεβαίωση της παρεμπόδισης της ενεργοποίησης των Τ4-λεμφοκυττάρων και της αναστολής των λειτουργιών που εξαρτώνται από αυτή. Τα αποτελέσματα τόσο από τη συστηματική όσο και από την τοπική εφαρμογή ποικίλουν Αυτό όμως που είναι κοινά αποδεκτό είναι η μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια, η οποία παρουσιάζει σε σχέση με άλλες ανοσοκατασταλτικές ουσίες. Από τις ανεπιθύμητες ενέργειες η νεφροτοξικότητα, η οποία συνοδεύει τη συστηματική χορήγηση, είναι η σοβαρότερη. Γι' αυτό και κατά τη χορήγησή της απαιτείται πλήρης και τακτικός κλινικο-εργαστηριακός έλεγχος. Ακόμα με βάση τα επίπεδα του φαρμάκου στο αίμα θα πρέπει να εξατομικεύεται η χορηγούμενη δόση. Κατά την τοπική εφαρμογή οι ανεπιθύμητες ενέργειες είναι εκμηδενισμένες.Αναφορές
