Abstract

During the last 5 years 10 chirotic patients were operated for benign bile ducts disease (acute cholecystitis choledocholithiasis. During the postporative period 5 patients had serious complications and finally 3 of them died. In conclusion surgery in these liver disease patients must be very careful.
