HILAR BILE DUCT STENOSIS TREATMENT ΒΥ ΤΗΕ ROUND LIGAMENT TECHNIQUE
Abstract
During the last 7 years 10 patients treated for hilar bile duct stenosis with intrahepatic anastomosis of left hepatic duct with R-en-Y jejunal loons using the round ligament technique. 9 of the patient had a cancer in the jerntiment of the twohepatic ducts and 1 had a benign stenosis. Αll patients had a diagnosis before operation by a Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. There was no early operative complication. The mean survival of the patients was 12-6 months.References
