VALVE CONSTRUCTION FOR PREVENTION OF GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX AFTER PROXIMAL GASTRECTOMY - NEW TECHNIQUE
Abstract
We describe a surgical technique for a vοlve construction after proximal subtotal gastrectomy. This technique was applied in seven patients with cancer of the cardis or of the superior third of the stomach. We present in detail the surgical technique and its results. Finally we compare the advatages of this method as compared with other methods reported in the literature.References
